Shipping policy

Where we ship
Whip Gold currently ships to addresses within Australia only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.
All orders are made and dispatched from our premises in McCrae, Victoria.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Our starter batches are heavier than typical retail parcels, so the shipping cost will vary with the products, sizes and number of batches you choose.

Production and dispatch
Our products are made to order in small batches. After you place your order, we will email you to confirm your product details and the estimated production timing. Your order will be dispatched once production is complete.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days to most Australian addresses. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
You will receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched.

Large orders
Individual parcels are limited to 22 kg, so larger orders may be sent in more than one carton and arrive separately. For very large or bulk orders, we may arrange courier or pallet freight and confirm the freight cost with you by email before dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
